1. What are new things that you learned about prayer from this unit? Be specific.
   In this unit I learned a lot of new things about prayer and a lot of new types of prayer. Some of the prayers that we learned this unit were Lectio Divina, gratitude class, meditation, and a movie. I learned something different from each thing. I learned new forms of prayer and visited old ones. One prayer I didn't know was Lectio Divina. One that I did know about was meditation.
2. Can you see yourself implementing any new prayer practices?
   I can see myself implementing new prayer practices. I feel like meditation would be the most useful to me. While doing a meditation it is a time to let go and have one on one time with God. This is great to do on busy, stressful days. Another prayer practice that I enjoyed was the movie. The movie was really fun to watch, but it had a deep meaning to it and gave me different perspectives on different things. And you learn something new from every movie.
3. What were the main messages you got from the movie The Case for Christ?
   There were a lot of different things I got out of the movie. One is you have to be patient. Don't give up on someone. Some people take longer than others to see things. Another is everything happens for a reason. When the older lady was at the restaurant the night the girl happened to be choking wasn't just a coincidence. It was God trying to get to Leslie and her husband.
4. What new things did you take away about yourself from this unit, perhaps from Lectio Divina, the Gratitude class, the meditation, or the movie?
   This unit I took different things from each activity about myself. One thing is that I have a lot of things to be grateful for big and small. And I should count my blessings everyday. Another is that I need to do more meditating especially when I am stressed out. Another is that I learn best visually through videos and movies. I found myself taking a lot away from the videos and movie we watched this unit.
